According to Sergio Palleroni, Living in the United States is like living in the eye of the storm.
Everything seems calm when you are in the eye of the storm but as you move away you realize how much it is changing the rest of the world. Wealthy individuals bring out the creative side in architects because they can afford it. Although, it also causes problems in the way our cities look because not everyone can afford to have these designs. In fact only 2 to 5 percent of everything an architect designs actually gets built.
Housing in the United States is not all great, nearly 30 million families don’t live in housing that is adequate. Almost everywhere you look there are foreclosures which have been on the climb since 2006, increasing up to 90%.
