A Rallying Cry for Public Interest Design

Designing for the good of the public. We need to move past the small things such as catchy names and move toward what really matters, designing for the people that are less fortunate. The phrase of designing for the 98% shows that there is still much work to be done in order to address the greatest challenges in the world. 

I feel in order to do this we need to break it down into the following steps:

  1. Design to solve problems
  2. Design for capability
  3. Design for policy
